I come from an engineering background, and I treat lead generation the way an engineer treats any system — something to be designed, instrumented, and iterated, not guessed at. Most marketing is creative guesswork dressed up as strategy. I'd rather measure what's actually happening between a click and a booked job, then fix the part that's leaking.

I also grew up around service businesses. My father worked in construction, property, and the trades, so I understand how these businesses actually run — crew scheduling, quote cycles, the narrow window a hot lead stays hot, the seasonal swings that make or break a year. I'm not a marketer who learned service businesses from a textbook. I'm one who grew up around them.

I run WaveSignal solo, by choice. Modern tooling — n8n, Vapi, Twilio, Retell AI and ElevenLabs, Supabase, Resend, Cal.com, Claude Code, Gemini — means one experienced operator can now run end to end what used to take a five-person team. “One operator” isn't a limitation I'm apologising for. It's a deliberate choice that makes me more capable, more accountable, and faster than a bloated mid-tier agency.

We start by reading the niche. Thousands of competitor ads scraped and sorted by what's actually been running the longest — which is the only honest signal that something is working. We rebuild the structures that are converting, then launch your campaigns against them.

02 — SEO

Technical audit, content strategy, on-page work. We rank for the searches your customers are actually making, not the keywords a tool tells you to chase. Compounding traffic month on month, without monthly “reporting calls” that don't move the number.

03 — Lead Automation

The moment a lead lands, the system fires. SMS, email, an optional voice call — under 60 seconds. Most leads go cold within 5 minutes; we catch them at peak intent. The system qualifies, books, and notifies you only when something is actually worth your time.

04 — Web Development

Only when you need it. If your current site converts, we leave it alone. If it doesn't, we build a new one — designed and engineered as a conversion engine, not a portfolio piece. Fast load, mobile-first, one job: turn visitors into leads.
