WaveSignal does not send unsolicited bulk email, and does not permit any person, affiliate or third party to advertise WaveSignal or any WaveSignal-owned domain using unsolicited messages.
We have no affiliate programme. No third party is authorised to send email on our behalf or to promote our domains in any message.
All email we send is business-to-business correspondence sent individually by a named person to a named recipient at a UK registered company, using business contact details that are publicly available. We do not purchase mailing lists and we do not send to personal addresses.
Every message we send:
- identifies the sender by name and the business by name
- is sent from an authenticated domain we own, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place
- contains clear instructions to opt out in a single reply
Any recipient who asks not to be contacted is removed immediately and permanently, and is never contacted again by us on any domain.
Domains owned and operated by WaveSignal are used for business correspondence only. They are not advertised, linked or promoted in any unsolicited message by us or by anyone else.
Reports of any message that appears to breach this policy can be sent to sulaiman@wavesignal.co and will be investigated.
