Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

Overview

These terms govern the relationship between WaveSignal (operated by Sulaiman Ali, UK) and clients who engage us to build or maintain AI automation systems. By booking a discovery call or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

WaveSignal designs, builds, and maintains custom automation systems using tools including n8n, Airtable, Twilio, Vapi, Cal.com, and AI models. The exact scope of work for each project is agreed in writing before work begins.

Payment

  • Setup fees are invoiced upfront and due before build work begins.
  • Monthly retainer fees are billed on a rolling basis and due on the same date each month.
  • Invoices unpaid after 14 days may result in work being paused.
  • All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Results guarantee

If your automation is not performing as agreed within the first 30 days after go-live, we will continue working on it at no additional cost until it does. This applies to functionality scoped and agreed before build — not new requirements added after delivery.

Intellectual property

On full payment of the setup fee, you own the automation workflows built for your business. We retain the right to reference the project type (not confidential details) in our portfolio.

Cancellation

Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once build work has begun. If you cancel before work starts, a full refund is issued within 5 business days.

Limitations

WaveSignal is not liable for issues caused by third-party service outages (n8n, Twilio, Cal.com, etc.), changes to third-party APIs outside our control, or data loss resulting from your own systems or credentials. We maintain 99.9% uptime for systems under active retainer.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. We will never share your business data, customer data, or workflow logic with third parties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
