What we collect
When you contact WaveSignal or book a call, we collect your name, email address, business name and industry, and anything you share about your business during the conversation.
We also collect basic analytics data — page views, referral source, approximate location — through privacy-respecting analytics tools. This data is aggregated and not tied to any personal identifier.
No payment information is collected directly through this website.
How we use your data
Your data is used to respond to your enquiry, scope and deliver the agreed work, and communicate with you about your project. That's it. WaveSignal does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
In the course of delivering your project, your data may be processed by third-party service providers (subprocessors) acting on WaveSignal's behalf. The full subprocessors list is published in the Terms of Service rather than duplicated here, so it stays in one canonical place.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk)

Retention
Data is kept only as long as needed for the working relationship plus a reasonable period after, then deleted. If you have an active project, your data is retained for its duration plus any legally required retention period.
